Buying and prices
How much does a site cost?
The Professional Site is COP 5,200,000 in Colombia or USD 4,000 internationally, and the Integrated Site is COP 7,900,000 or USD 5,900. Anything larger gets a proper proposal instead of a price tag.
Why two currencies?
Colombia pays in pesos, everywhere else in dollars. The page shows the one that fits your market and lets you switch - we would rather you see both than guess.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The packages are paid in three parts: 40% to start, 30% when you approve the design and 30% at launch. For the Professional Site that is COP 2,080,000 / USD 1,600 to start, then COP 1,560,000 / USD 1,200 twice; for the Integrated Site, COP 3,160,000 / USD 2,360 to start, then COP 2,370,000 / USD 1,770 twice. The first payment reserves your spot and is not refundable once work starts. Larger custom projects start with 50% and follow the plan in their contract.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. For 90 days after launch, if anything we built does not work as agreed in the technical scope, we fix it at no cost. It covers what we built, not changes made by others or third-party services going down. Consumers in Colombia also keep the legal guarantee of Ley 1480.
Can I change my mind?
If you buy as a consumer in Colombia you have 5 business days of retracto, and we do not start work you would have to pay for inside that window unless you waive it explicitly.
Building it
How long does it take?
A professional site takes 2 to 4 weeks. A site with a store or bookings takes 4 to 6. Larger builds get their dates in the proposal, and we confirm every timeline against your brief before you sign.
What do you need from me?
Whatever you have: logo, text, photos, and a sense of what you want. No assets? We can write the copy and source brand-safe images - that is a service, not an obstacle.
Can my store charge sales tax or VAT automatically?
Yes, on stores that take payments through Stripe. Stripe Tax works out sales tax or VAT from where the buyer is, adds it at checkout and shows it on the receipt. You register where you collect tax in your own Stripe account. In Colombia, IVA goes through DIAN e-invoicing instead, which is built into the engine.
Do I get to choose the design?
Yes. Every build starts as two genuine directions - not one option dressed up as a choice - and you pick the one that fits.
Owning and editing
What exactly do I own?
Your domain, design and content, yes. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and once the project is paid the design, pages, content and configuration are yours too. Your payment and analytics accounts always are. The engine the site runs on is ours and we license it to you. If you leave, you can keep running your version for free, or we move it to your new provider for a fixed COP 600,000 + VAT where applicable.
What can I edit myself?
Text, descriptions, services, blog posts and existing images, from your own admin. New images, layout changes and new sections are ours to craft, so the site keeps looking intentional.
What if I want to leave?
Two options, both written into the contract. With your account settled, keep running the version you have, free and for as long as you like, without updates or support. Or we move the whole site to your new provider within 10 business days for a fixed COP 600,000 + VAT where applicable: database export, files, credentials, DNS and releasing the domain. The personal data of your customers is returned free either way. We would rather you stay because it works than because leaving is painful.
After launch
Is there a monthly fee?
Care is required while we host you, from COP 90,000 or USD 45 a month depending on the site - it covers hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and small fixes. The growth plans on top are optional and can be paused.
Do you do SEO?
Technical SEO and structured data ship in every build, for Google and for AI answers. The growth plans add content and authority work over time.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Us, directly - not a ticket queue. In Spanish or English, during Colombia business hours, and often outside them.
Still wondering something?
Ask it directly - we answer in plain language, and we will tell you when the answer is "you do not need that".
