Online stores and websites for Medellín businesses

Medellín is a city of commerce: fashion and textile brands, retail, tourism, and many shops selling to customers across the whole country. We build the store behind that, working remotely from Pereira.

A store built for fashion and retail

Selling clothes online is mostly about variants and stock. Our commerce engine handles both properly, so a size that sold out in the showroom does not keep selling on the site.

  • Variants with their own price, stock and colour swatches
  • Size guides, filters and back-in-stock alerts
  • In-person sales that share the same stock as the store
  • Suppliers, purchase orders and reorder points
  • Shipping status, tracking and order lookup for customers in any city

Invoicing and payments, the Colombian way

Every paid order can generate its DIAN electronic invoice through Alegra, directly from the store. Customers pay through Wompi or Bold, and you issue refunds from your own admin on Wompi.

Selling abroad as well? Stripe can run alongside, and Stripe Tax calculates sales tax or VAT from where the buyer is, on the tax registrations you set in your own Stripe account.

The emails that bring customers back

Most repeat sales come from email, and the engine sends the important ones for you once they are set up.

  • A welcome email with a discount
  • Abandoned-cart reminders
  • Post-purchase recommendations and review requests
  • Win-back emails for customers who drifted
  • Reviews with photos and verified buyers, and a Google Merchant Center product feed

Remote from Pereira, with an in-person kickoff if you want it

We work remotely: video calls for decisions, WhatsApp and email for the rest. If you would rather start face to face, a kickoff in person can be arranged.

Every build starts as two real design directions, and you pick the one that fits your brand before we build the rest.

Tourism and services, too

Not selling products? Tour operators, hostels and service businesses usually need a bilingual site and a way to take bookings. The Integrated Site with bookings covers your services, hours and rules, real availability, confirmations and reminders. A service business that just needs to be found and trusted fits the Professional Site, with technical SEO and your Google Business Profile set up.

Questions

Are you based in Medellín?

No. We are based in Pereira and work with Medellín businesses remotely. If you want to start in person, a kickoff meeting can be arranged.

Can I sell products with sizes and colours?

Yes. Each variant has its own price, stock and swatch, with size guides and back-in-stock alerts built in.

Does the store issue DIAN invoices?

Yes, through Alegra on every paid order. Colombian IVA goes through that e-invoicing.

I already have a site on Wix or WordPress. Can you move it?

Yes. We migrate sites off Wix, Squarespace and WordPress with every old URL mapped to its new page, so your rankings follow you, and your domain ends up in your name.

How much does an online store cost?

The Integrated Site with a store is COP 7,900,000 and takes 4 to 6 weeks. A large catalogue or custom requirements go through a custom proposal instead.
