How a remote project works
You do not need to be in the same city as us to get a site built properly. We have set up the whole process so it works from anywhere in Colombia, with video calls for the conversations that matter and WhatsApp for everything in between.
This is what it looks like from your side:
- The brief: a short form or a WhatsApp message. We reply within one business day, often sooner.
- A video call: we go through your goal, the pages you need and whatever you already have - logo, text, photos.
- Two directions: we design two genuine options and you pick the one that fits your business.
- The build: you see progress and send feedback by WhatsApp or email, without waiting for a meeting.
- Launch: the site goes live on your domain, registered in your name, and you edit your own text, services and blog from your admin.
Prices in pesos, fixed before we start
In Colombia you pay in COP. The price is fixed before any work begins, and if the scope changes we tell you what it costs before we do it.
- Care, required while we host you, starts at COP 90,000 a month depending on the size of the site. The exact figure is in your proposal.
- Growth plans on top are optional and can be paused.
- If you buy as a consumer, you have 5 business days of retracto before we start.

Built for how Colombia sells and invoices
Stores on our engine are set up for the Colombian way of doing business. Every paid order can generate its DIAN electronic invoice through Alegra, so invoicing is not a separate job at the end of the day.
Payments go through Wompi and Bold, with Stripe available if you also sell abroad. The gateway account is always yours, in your name.

When meeting in person makes sense
We are based in Pereira, so in-person meetings are possible in Pereira and the Eje Cafetero. For everywhere else, video calls work well, and most of our clients never need anything more.
Our hours are Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-13:00, Colombia time. We often answer outside them too.
What protects you
For 90 days after launch, anything we built that does not work as agreed in the technical scope is fixed at no cost. It is correction, not a refund. Consumers in Colombia also keep the legal guarantee of Ley 1480.
Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and once the project is paid the design, pages, content and configuration are yours. The engine is ours and licensed to you. If you leave, you can keep running the installed version for free, or we migrate everything to a new provider in 10 business days for a fixed COP 600,000 + VAT where applicable.

Questions
Do you only work with businesses in Pereira?
No. We are based in Pereira, but we work with businesses in every department of Colombia. The whole process runs on video calls, WhatsApp and email, so distance does not change the result.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. In-person meetings are possible in Pereira and the Eje Cafetero if you prefer, but a video call covers everything a project needs.
Can my online store issue DIAN electronic invoices?
Yes. Stores on our engine issue DIAN e-invoices through Alegra on paid orders. Colombian IVA goes through that e-invoicing.
Which payment gateways can I use?
Wompi and Bold for Colombian customers, and Stripe if you also sell abroad. The gateway account is registered in your name, not ours.
How long does a project take?
A Professional Site takes 2 to 4 weeks. An Integrated Site with a store, bookings or an interactive module takes 4 to 6. Larger builds get their dates in the proposal.
