Selling online from Texas
If you sell from a counter and online, both need to draw from the same stock. Our commerce engine keeps one stock ledger for both, so you stop selling what you no longer have.

Texas sales tax, calculated at checkout
Stores take payments through Stripe, and Stripe Tax calculates sales tax automatically on Stripe checkout from where the buyer is. You register for Texas, and anywhere else you collect, in your own Stripe account, and Stripe Tax applies those registrations to each order.
We do not set rates or tell you where to register. That stays between you and your accountant, and the store follows what you decide.
Spanish for the customers who prefer it
A storefront in English and Spanish lets every customer shop in the language they are comfortable with. Receipts and shipping emails go out in both, and the automated emails - welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back - can too.
Central time, close to ours
Colombia is on UTC-5 all year. In winter Houston is one hour behind us, and in summer we share the same time. Our hours, Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-13:00 Colombia time, cover the core of your working day.

Do you have an office in Houston?
No. We are based in Pereira, Colombia, and work with Houston businesses remotely, over video calls, email and WhatsApp.
Will the store charge Texas sales tax?
Yes, once you register in your own Stripe account. Stripe Tax then calculates it automatically on Stripe checkout and shows it on the receipt.
Can my counter sales and online sales share inventory?
Yes. In-person sales draw from the same stock ledger as the online store, so stock stays accurate in both.
How much does an online store cost?
The Integrated Site with a store is USD 5,900 and takes 4 to 6 weeks. Larger catalogues or custom requirements get a custom proposal.

Our hours overlap with Central time all year. In winter we are one hour ahead of Houston, and in summer we are on the same time.
