US clients pay in USD. You get a fixed price before anything starts, and your contract and invoices are in USD too.

• Care, required while we host you, starts at USD 45 a month depending on the size of the site.
• Larger builds run on a signed contract, 50% to start.
• Growth plans are optional, quoted per site, and can be paused.

Sales tax, calculated at checkout

Stores on our engine take payments through Stripe. With Stripe Tax, sales tax is calculated automatically on Stripe checkout from where the buyer is, added to the order and shown on the receipt.

You register where you collect sales tax in your own Stripe account, and Stripe Tax applies those registrations. Where you need to register is a decision for you and your accountant - we set up the store so it follows what you decide.

English, Spanish, or both

Many US businesses serve customers who prefer Spanish. We build bilingual sites where both languages are written for real, not bolted on, and your admin works in English or Spanish too.

Hours that overlap with yours

Colombia is on UTC-5 all year, with no daylight saving. That puts us close to every mainland US time zone:

• Eastern: the same time in winter, one hour behind in summer
• Central: one hour ahead in winter, the same time in summer
• Mountain: two hours ahead in winter, one hour ahead in summer (most of Arizona stays two hours ahead)
• Pacific: three hours ahead in winter, two hours ahead in summer

What you own, and how to leave

Your domain is registered in your name from day one. Once the project is paid, the design, pages, content and configuration are yours, and your Stripe and analytics accounts always are. The engine is ours and licensed to you.

If you leave, you can keep running the installed version for free, or we migrate everything to a new provider in 10 business days for a fixed price published before you sign. For 90 days after launch, anything we built that does not work as agreed is fixed at no cost.
