Websites for Bogotá companies that do their due diligence

Larger companies, B2B firms and professional services tend to ask the hard questions before they hire anyone. Good. Here are our answers, in writing, before you sign anything.

When a package is the wrong promise

Our packages suit most sites, but a large store, a customer platform, an app or complex interactive work needs more than a price tag. That goes through the 'Something bigger' route.

  • A short brief, then a real proposal scoped to what you need
  • A signed contract, 50% to start
  • Dates set in the proposal, not guessed on a call
  • The full power of the engine, from stores to team roles

B2B and professional services sites

A firm's site has one job: make a buyer trust you enough to call. That means a clear page per service or practice area, a calm and serious tone, and contact flows that go to the right person. When your clients work in English, the site should too.

We are building exactly that for Corpus Legal, a legal and financial firm in Cali and part of Corpus Group: two divisions under one identity, a page per practice area, bilingual in Spanish and English.

When a sale needs more than a contact form, we build the tool: a price calculator, a product configurator or a dashboard for your customers, built to your logic.

Due diligence, answered

These are the things procurement and legal usually want to know. All of them are in writing before you commit.

  • The price is fixed before work starts. Scope changes are priced before we do them.
  • For 90 days after launch, anything we built that does not work as agreed in the technical scope is fixed at no cost.
  • The domain is registered in your name from day one. Design, pages, content and configuration are yours once paid.
  • Payment and analytics accounts are always yours. The engine is ours and licensed to you, and we say so plainly.
  • If you leave: keep running the installed version for free, or we migrate everything to a new provider in 10 business days for a fixed COP 600,000 + VAT where applicable.
  • Your customers' personal data is returned free either way.

Built for a team, not one login

Larger organisations need more than a shared password. The admin supports team roles so staff only see what they need, keeps an activity log of who changed what, and works in English or Spanish. Product and content data can move in and out through CSV import and export.

Working with us from Bogotá

We work with Bogotá companies remotely, from Pereira: video calls for decisions, email and WhatsApp for the rest. Whoever answers your first message works on your project, so there is no account manager relaying messages.

Our hours are Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-13:00. We reply within one business day, often sooner.

Questions

Do you work with a signed contract?

Yes. Custom projects run on a signed contract with 50% to start and dates in the proposal. For the packages, you accept the terms and the proposal before any work starts.

Who owns the code?

The engine the site runs on is ours and licensed to you. Your domain, design, pages, content and configuration are yours once the project is paid, and your payment and analytics accounts always are.

What happens if we stop working together?

Two options, both in the contract: keep running the installed version for free, without updates or support, or we migrate everything to your new provider in 10 business days for a fixed COP 600,000 + VAT where applicable.

Can the site be in English for international clients?

Yes. We build bilingual Spanish and English sites, and we can write the copy in both languages.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. We work with Bogotá companies remotely, and a video call covers everything a project needs.

Bring us the hard questions

Write to sales@mypixel.studio with what you need. We scope it properly and send a real proposal: scope, price, dates and the contract terms. For a quick outside view first, ask for the free diagnostic of your current site.
