Questions
Does this work with my Shopify or WooCommerce store?
The flows run on stores built on our commerce engine. If your store is somewhere else, the route is a store build or a migration to our engine first.
Do I need Klaviyo?
No. The flows and campaigns work inside the engine on their own. The Klaviyo connection is there if you already use it or want to.
Can customers unsubscribe easily?
Yes. Campaigns include one-click unsubscribe. Receipts and shipping emails are order emails, so they still arrive.
Can emails go out in Spanish and English?
Yes. Branded receipts and shipping emails come in English or Spanish, and we write the flows in whichever languages you sell in.
Can I send campaigns myself later?
Yes. We show you how during handover, and campaigns go out from your own admin.
