A site that nobody looks after slowly decays. Security updates pile up, a form stops sending, the certificate expires, a backup that was supposed to exist does not. Usually the owner finds out when a customer mentions it, or when the site is simply down.
Care exists so that does not happen to you. We keep the site patched, backed up and monitored, fix small text things without an invoice, and you have a person to write to when something looks off - not a ticket queue. If you want the site to keep climbing, not just keep running, the growth plans add that work on top.

Is care optional?
Care is required while we host your site, because it is what keeps it patched, backed up and monitored. The growth plans on top are optional and can be paused.
How much does care cost?
From COP 90,000 a month in Colombia or USD 45 internationally, depending on the size of the site. The exact figure is in your proposal. Growth plans are quoted per market and site size.
What is the difference between care and the 90-day guarantee?
For 90 days after launch, anything we built that does not work as agreed in the technical scope is fixed at no cost under the guarantee. After that, corrections go through care.
What counts as a small fix?
Small text changes and similar quick adjustments. New sections, new pages and design changes are quoted separately, so care stays predictable.
How fast do you answer?
Within one business day, often sooner. Our hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 and Sat 9:00-13:00, Colombia time (UTC-5).
What happens if I stop care?
With your account settled, you can keep running the installed version for free, without updates or support. Or we move the site to a new provider for a fixed COP 600,000 + VAT where applicable.
