Privacy, in plain language
MyPixel is an indie studio. We collect the least we can, we never sell your data, and we use cookieless analytics so there is no creepy tracking - and no cookie banner to click away. Here is exactly what happens.
What we collect
When you fill in the project form, we collect what you type: your name, business name, email, optional WhatsApp number, and the details about your project. That is it.
We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party trackers.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and prepare a proposal for your project. We will not add you to a marketing list or pass your details to anyone else.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It tells us which pages are popular using anonymous, aggregated counts. It does not store cookies, does not track you across sites, and cannot identify you.
Spam protection
The form is protected by a hidden honeypot field and built-in spam filtering - no CAPTCHA, and nothing that profiles you.
Where your data goes
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, purely to get your message to our inbox. We keep your message only as long as we need to help you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it - at any time, for any reason. This covers your rights under the EU GDPR and Colombia’s Habeas Data law (Ley 1581 de 2012).
